Management Team
Philippe is a seasoned leader with over 25 years' experience holding executive and senior leadership roles at start-up, mid-size and global Life Science and Diagnostic organizations. He is passionate about the field of biomarkers and their routine adoption in modern diagnostic and medicine. Throughout his career, and more recently in start-up environments, he has focused on new biomarker technologies development and market adoption of digital pathology, immuno-oncology diagnostic, and liquid biopsy genetics. Philippe holds a MS degree in Molecular Biology and a postgraduate degree in Biotechnology from the Universities of Toulouse and Marseille, France.

Joe is an executive with 22 years of experience in design, manufacturing, product lifecycle, distribution, sales, and business development. He spent the first half of his career in industrial automation, machine design, with top firms across Biotech, semiconductor, defense, and consumer goods. He has a proven track record of success building people, processes, and system infrastructure from pre-revenue to $50MM+ annually. Joe has had repeated extensive success in facility concept, design, and construction management projects leading to successful branding, scalability, manufacturing and distribution in ISO13485, AS9100, ISO9001, and FDA CFR compliant facilities. He has also been known to dabble in custom manufacturing automation systems, FinOps, HR, and vertically integrated additive solutions.
Qimin is the Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of NanoMosaic. Qimin's passion revolves around enabling biomarker discovery and disease diagnostics at the proteomic and multiomic levels, while striving to make this new modality accessible at scale. Prior to his role at NanoMosaic, Qimin served as a Principal Investigator and Rowland Fellow at the Rowland Institute at Harvard University. He received his Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Harvard University. His journey into NanoMosaic was inspired by his interdisciplinary research in Physics, Engineering and Medicine, which laid the foundation for the company's innovative technology. Beyond his dedication to science, Qimin likes to travel and dabbles in painting and calligraphy.
